This lodging is in a nice neighbourhood that is generally quiet during the week and bustling on some weekends. It is next to PnP and has little cafeterias all around it. The Vaal Mall is twice as far away as the campus when walking, which is a regular 15min walk. It is NOT Accredited, offers both single and shared rooms, and costs between R2,000 - R2,800(negotiable). It has all the required equipment the students need.

Downstairs tenant is also male. Share kitchen with other occupants.
