NSFAS accredited spacious and open house with a kitchen an livingroom whereby tenants can get comfortable whilst busy in the kitchen. It has communal bathrooms that can accommodate the entire house and a unit outside the main house consisting of bathrooms as well. For the driving, parking space is available too.The house offers uncapped fibre wifi, and a panic button in case of emergency

Large, wholesome rooms which come with fridges, a wardrobe, a study desk and chair. The fridges are suitable for the student during their stay at the house

Sharing rooms

R1 500.00pm - R3 000.00pm

Large upstairs room with east-facing bay window in adequately equipped and furnished Observatory house for three: uncapped internet, kitchen with gas /electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery etc. Share upstairs bathroom and balcony with the other (male) tenant. Downstairs tenant is also male. Share kitchen with other occupants.
